Nothing in these Terms limits refund rights you have under the law where you live. - **Payment processing.** Payments are handled by our payment processor, and its terms also apply to your payment. ## Your Content "Your Content" means the videos, images, prompts and other material you upload, together with the videos the Service generates for you. - **Ownership.** You keep whatever rights you have in the material you upload. As between you and us, we do not claim ownership of the videos you generate. - **License to us.** You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you, including sending it to the AI model providers that perform your edits. - **Your responsibility.** You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you upload — including the rights in any footage, music, artwork, brands and products — and that you have the consent of every identifiable person who appears in your source clip or reference image. - **Similar results.** AI models can produce similar outputs for different users, so other users may receive results that resemble yours. ## Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Service to create, upload or share content that: - Shows a real person in a sexual, intimate or degrading way, or uses anyone's likeness without their consent - Involves sexual content of any kind with a minor, or depicts minors in a sexualized way - Impersonates a real person, brand or organization to deceive, defraud or mislead others, or is presented as genuine footage of events that did not happen in order to deceive - Harasses, threatens, bullies or promotes violence or hatred against any person or group - Infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights - Is illegal, or facilitates illegal activity You also agree not to attempt to bypass content filters, credit limits or security measures, not to access the Service through automated means that we have not authorized, and not to resell or redistribute the Service itself. Where the law requires synthetic or AI-generated media to be labeled, you are responsible for labeling content you publish. We may remove content, refuse a generation, or suspend accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms. ## Third-Party Services The Service relies on third-party providers, including hosting, payment, email and AI model providers. We are not responsible for their services, and their own terms may apply to how they process your requests. ## Suspension and Termination You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. If we end your access without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any credits you paid for. ## Disclaimers The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any output will meet your expectations. ## Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill. We receive and store your email address, and, if you use Google sign-in, your name and profile picture from your Google account. We do not ask for or store a password. ### Content you upload and create To make a video, you upload a source video clip and a reference image, and you may add a text prompt or choose what to replace. We store these files and settings, together with the videos the Service generates for you, so you can view and download them from your account. ### Purchase information When you buy credits or a plan, payment is handled by our payment processor. We receive the order details we need to deliver your purchase — such as the plan or credit pack, the amount, the currency and the payment status. We never receive or store your full card number. ### Usage and device information Like most websites, we collect information about how the Service is used: pages visited, buttons clicked, the type of browser and device, approximate location derived from your IP address, and referring pages. We collect this through our own server logs and through analytics tools described in our [Cookie Policy](/cookie). ### Messages you send us If you contact support, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you and follow up. ## How We Use Your Information We use the information above to: - Create and secure your account and send the sign-in emails you request - Process your uploads and generate the videos you ask for - Track your credit balance, purchases, plan renewals and automatic refunds for failed renders - Show you your past generations and history - Detect and prevent fraud, abuse and violations of our [Terms of Service](/terms) - Understand how the Service is used so we can fix problems and improve it - Respond to your support requests and send important service notices We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploads or generated videos for advertising. ## How Your Videos Are Processed Your uploads and generated videos are stored in our cloud storage. When you start a generation, we pass your source clip, reference image and settings to the third-party AI video model provider that performs that edit, using a file link that is unique and hard to guess. The provider returns the finished video, which we copy into your account. Each provider handles the files under its own terms and privacy policy, and only for the purpose of processing your request. Model providers apply their own content filters.
